Design
We have a great design team with many years experience. If you would like us to design your ad, an initial design cost of just $40+gst applies, with changes to existing artwork $20+gst. We are happy to provide you with a pdf version of your ad for you to use elsewhere.

Editorial
The client is expected to supply editorial even in rough form. However editorial writing services are available at $50+gst per hour.

Artwork Specifications
We prefer CMYK, 300 dpi, PDF files but we can work with almost anything you have.

Artwork Proofing
We take no responsibility for proofing artwork. We will fax or email you a proof of your artwork close to the print date. Please proof the artwork carefully as an additional design fee may be incurred for more than two changes.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide artwork or components thereof and to proof material as required in order to meet deadlines. Cancellation will not be accepted due to the client’s inability to provide any of the above.

We do not send a proof of supplied finished copy ads as the assumption is that the artwork has already been proofed by the client.

Cancellations
346 Media Ltd may cancel the advertising contract at any time without notice. Otherwise, please note we do not have a cancellation clause for advertisers, so please read the order form carefully before accepting a booking.

Payment
For first-time advertisers, payment may be due upon booking. Otherwise, payment is due upon receipt of invoice, which will be posted to you along with a copy of the publication upon distribution.

Any debt collection costs will be incurred by the advertiser.

Placement
We cannot guarantee placement of your ad and/or editorial unless a placement fee is in place.
